BIOGRAPHY

N Giles has been playing guitar and writing songs since his mid-teens and set himself as a singer/guitarist songwriter in his early 20s, performing mostly around London.

Writing became a passion for him and set him on a course of philosophical study's ,but the call of Music proved hard to resist.

Pulled into the Blues by such luminaries  as John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Mississippi Fred McDowell and Robert Johnson.

From these and an eclectic mix of influences he's constructed his own original style focusing on the music he loves.

His writing and recording has produced two fine albums. Namely, Dogs Work and Confessions of a low down dirty dog.

Nick set himself a mission to bring back 'true' Blues to the people and set about playing on streets mainly around London then moving up and down the UK and parts of Europe, also many Clubs in London such as the famous Oliver's Jazz Bar in Greenwich.

Performances see him incorporate classic 70s rock numbers along with traditional country blues and a pinch of country and western, all played with a fury and enjoyment of Life.

He resides on the English coast with his wife and young daughter.
